Jabez Jackson ALS, 1837 January 17.

The collection consists of one ALS by "Jabez Jackson of Georgia" addressed to Messrs. Blair and Rives. Apparently Jackson sent the letter from a Philadelphian hotel where he was resting due to an illness that "keeps me from my seat in the house." In the letter he requests Blair and Rives to send the "Daily Globe" to the hotel landlord, Mr. John Sturdivant.
